A career opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse exists at a reputable private hospital in Brisbane. The position involves working as part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support to patients, families, and the community.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in Recovery and/or Anaesthetics, with a strong commitment to quality patient care and excellent interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for providing evidence-based nursing care, ensuring patient and staff safety, and collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide expert nursing care that is individualized, compassionate, and culturally sensitive
- Liaise effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and new technologies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Advance Life Support certification
- Minimum of two years' experience in Recovery and/or Anaesthetics
- Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
