Nurse Practitioner

The ideal candidate will assess patients' needs, formulate care plans, and evaluate their effectiveness. They will communicate with medical staff and colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Assess patients' actual and potential needs within 24 hours of admission.
- Document significant findings of ongoing patient assessment.
- Formulate patient care plans based on age-specific needs and accepted standards of practice.
- Communicate patient care plans through shift reports and established procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher preferred.
- Three years of related experience, with a strong track record of delivering quality care.
- Current, valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Professional certification in applicable nursing fields preferred.
- Must be available to work day, evening, and/or night shifts as assigned.
- Must be willing to work additional shifts as needed.
