Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Rehabilitation Counsellor to take on a challenging role that requires strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, including Vocational, Pre-Employment, Activities of Daily Living, Workplace, and Ergonomic evaluations. You will also manage cases and reporting while traveling to clients and working flexibly from home or in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify barriers to return to work following illness or injury, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to problem solve and achieve safe and sustainable recovery
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform vocational rehabilitation plans
  • Manage case loads and reporting, prioritizing client needs and deadlines
Requirements
  • Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Rehabilitation Counsellor
  • Registration with relevant professional associations (e.g. AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to empower clients in their recovery journey
