Rehabilitation Opportunities Specialist

An experienced Rehabilitation Consultant is required to support individuals with physical and psychological injuries at work. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your clinical reasoning skills to develop holistic rehabilitation plans and enable clients to return to work or find new employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct various assessments, including Vocational Assessments, Transferable Skills Assessment, Job Preparation Services, Worksite Assessments, and Initial Needs Assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and allied health professionals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans through case management.
