Job Description:

As a passionate animal lover and skilled veterinary nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your primary goal will be to provide comprehensive information about our pet insurance products and services, addressing customer concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
  • Providing detailed information about our insurance policies and products
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Assisting customers with insurance claims and guiding them through the process
  • Liaising with veterinarians and pet-related businesses to resolve follow-ups

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities and a passion for animals.
