The role involves providing excellent customer care and member support with comprehensive training to help you assist valued customers and members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, social media platforms and live chat.
  • Providing detailed information to customers about our pet insurance products and services.
  • Handling and resolving customer concerns and queries regarding our services or policies.
  • Assisting customers in making insurance claims and guiding them through the process.
  • Liaising with vets and pet-related businesses to resolve follow-ups.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team.
  • Processing changes to customer accounts, such as updating contact details or modifying insurance policies.
  • Collaborating with the customer service team to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of product updates, policy changes and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Be passionate with a can-do attitude.
  • Have a genuine interest in pets; dogs or cats or both.
  • You don't have to have prior experience in pet insurance but it would be beneficial.
  • Experience with vets is not required but vet nurses and vet students thrive in our teams.

Work Arrangements:
