Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive information about our pet insurance products and services, handling customer inquiries via various channels, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms.
  • Providing comprehensive information to customers about our pet insurance products and services.
  • Handling and resolving customer concerns, and queries regarding our services or policies.
  • Assisting customers in making insurance claims and guiding them through the process.
  • Liaising with vets and pet-related businesses to resolve follow-ups.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team.
  • Processing changes to customer accounts, such as updating contact details or modifying insurance policies.
  • Collaborating with the rest of the customer service team to ensure a consistent and high standard of service.
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of product updates, policy changes, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assisting in the development of scripts or FAQs to help address common customer queries.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be organised and capable of meeting deadlines, and have a genuine interest in pets.
