As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via various communication channels, providing comprehensive information about our pet insurance products and services, handling and resolving customer concerns and queries, assisting with insurance claims, and collaborating with our sales and marketing teams.
Key Tasks:- Responding to customer emails, phone calls, and social media messages.
- Providing detailed information about our pet insurance policies and services.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Assisting customers with insurance claims and guiding them through the process.
- Liaising with veterinary professionals and pet-related businesses to resolve follow-ups.
- Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be organized and able to meet deadlines, passionate about helping others, and genuinely interested in pets. While prior experience or knowledge of pet insurance is not necessary, it would be beneficial. Additionally, having worked with veterinarians or being a vet nurse/vet student can be an advantage.
