Job Title: Veterinary Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Veterinary Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.

This role involves working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with comprehensive information about our pet insurance products and services. You will also be responsible for handling and resolving customer concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.

In addition, you will assist our customers in making insurance claims and collaborate with our sales and marketing team to promote our services. You will also maintain a solid understanding of product updates and policy changes, and contribute to scripting or FAQs to address common customer queries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive can-do attitude. They will also have a genuine interest in pets and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
