About This Role
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and other communication channels.
  • Provide comprehensive information to customers about our pet insurance products and services, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns and queries regarding our services or policies, working closely with our internal teams to find solutions.
  • Assist customers in making insurance claims, guiding them through the process and ensuring they have all the necessary information.
  • Liaise with veterinarians and pet-related businesses to resolve follow-ups and ensure seamless customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to promote our brand and services.
  • Process changes to customer accounts, such as updating contact details or modifying insurance policies.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of product updates, policy changes and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in the development of scripts or FAQs to help address common customer queries.
  • Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Be passionate about animals and possess a can-do attitude.
  • Have a genuine interest in pets; dogs or cats or both.
  • You don't need prior experience in pet insurance, but it would be advantageous.
  • Experience with veterinarians is not required, but vet nurses and students thrive in our teams.
