This position involves dynamic and proactive animal care/customer service responsibilities with comprehensive training to assist valued customers and members.
Key Responsibilities:- Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms.
- Providing comprehensive information about our pet insurance products and services.
- Handling and resolving customer concerns and queries regarding our services or policies.
- Assisting customers in making insurance claims and guiding them through the process.
- Liaising with vets and pet-related businesses to resolve follow-ups.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team.
- Processing changes to customer accounts, such as updating contact details or modifying insurance policies.
- Maintaining a solid understanding of product updates, policy changes, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
- Be passionate with a can-do attitude.
- Have a genuine interest in animals; dogs or cats or both.
Flexible work arrangements available including remote work options with initial on-site training for the first few weeks; then flexible remote work with on-site presence 3 days a week.
