The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce plays a vital role in the education system, fostering meaningful engagement and driving cultural transformation.
This role oversees key priorities within the Aboriginal Workforce Initiatives team, focusing on building a culturally responsive workforce to support, grow, and empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.
Key Responsibilities- Effective stakeholder engagement

- Strong level of autonomy and decision-making
The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project and program outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions for efficiency and effectiveness.
RequirementsTo excel in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in project coordination and administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly are highly desirable.
