
Workforce Coordinator

Serco, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. The Workforce Coordinator role is part of the Operational Support Centre (OSC) and supports Serco contracts across Australia by optimising staff utilisation, strategic and operational workforce planning, and roster compliance with industrial awards.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end roster processes, including building, optimising, and maintaining rosters.
- Maximise staff utilisation and recommend strategies to meet service delivery KPIs.
- Ensure rosters align with industrial instruments and Serco policies.
- Provide reports and analytics to inform recruitment decisions.
- Drive process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.
- Workforce Planning – 40%
- Strategic workforce analysis – 30%
- Workforce management administration – 20%
- Reporting and analytics – 10%
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience with workforce management methodologies and Workforce Management Software systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

- For team collaboration purposes, this role will be based 4-5 days per week in our Adelaide CBD office; 1 day per week WFH can be organised if needed.
