Workforce Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They will be responsible for coordinating the installation and relocation of gaming equipment, ensuring venues are set up for success.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate the installation, removal and relocation of gaming equipment across South Australia
- Plan and schedule daily jobs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time
- Act as the key link between venue operators, service teams and suppliers
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and manage expectations with professionalism
- Support operations with accurate records, scheduling and follow-up
- Experience working in gaming, wagering or hospitality - understanding of how venues operate
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A detail-focused approach and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn new systems
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
