The Role: Health Representative Oncology

We are seeking a skilled Health Representative to join our team in Victoria. This permanent Hospital Specialist Representative role is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative medicines and make a real difference in patients' lives.

What You Will Achieve

As a Health Representative, you will be at the forefront of delivering our breakthrough cancer medicines to customers. You will possess customer, market, and business acumen, combined with strong product and disease state knowledge. You will demonstrate strong sales, promotional, and strategic business development and management skills, as well as in-depth customer engagement expertise in both virtual and in-person settings.

Your Qualifications

  • A tertiary qualification in Health, Science, or Business with a healthcare background.
  • Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical experience preferred (oncology experience desired but not essential).
  • Strong territory management skills, outstanding communications skills, demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability.
  • Adherence to relevant policies and procedures, compliance requirements, and the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
  • Demonstrated completion of the Medicines Australia training program.
  • A valid driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum
