Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, proactively responding to employer needs and requirements, and supporting the resolution of complaints or issues in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for coordinating training and technical support, implementing client-specific improvement initiatives, and supporting new business activities.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in workers compensation or personal injury account management. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
You will also have a strong understanding of workers compensation law, self-insurance schemes, and associated regulations. A full Australian driver's license is also required.
