Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented professional to serve as our Food & Beverage Coordinator.

This part-time role involves shifts in early mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends, requiring excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to lead by example and maintain high standards of housekeeping and food safety compliance.

  • Provide exceptional customer service at our golf course location
  • Support daily setup and pack-down of customer areas
  • Lead by example in customer service and set high standards for the team
  • Maintain daily housekeeping standards and ensure cleanliness throughout the venue
  • Manage stock, merchandising, and stocktakes to ensure optimal inventory levels
  • Oversee food safety compliance and ensure adherence to relevant regulations
  • Manage hospitality stock and inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Lead food safety training for the team and promote a culture of food safety awareness
  • Manage staff wages and costs, ensuring accurate payroll processing and budget management
  • Serve alcohol responsibly and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement social media and event activation strategies to engage customers and promote our brand
Requirements
  • Current RSA certificate
  • FoodSafe certification
  • Food Safety for Supervisors Certificate
  • Availability Tuesday-Saturday
  • Vibrant, energetic personality with excellent communication and time management skills
  • Current National Police check and First Aid qualifications
