Lang Lang Golf Club is a renowned sand belt golf course located in South West Gippsland, just an hour's drive from Melbourne CBD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse and catering services.
  • Lead, mentor and manage staff across administration, hospitality and events.
  • Drive membership growth through targeted campaigns and retention strategies.
  • Cultivate sponsorship opportunities and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Liaise closely with ground staff and the Golf Committee on course conditions and event planning.
  • Manage inventory and supplier negotiations.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial controls and reporting.
  • Coordinate club events, competitions and community engagement initiatives.
Skill Requirements:
  • Proven leadership in a hospitality, sports or club management setting.
  • Strong track record in membership growth and sponsorship acquisition.
  • Working understanding of MYOB, Mi Club and Swift POS (or similar systems).
  • Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Oustanding communication and stakeholder relationship abilities.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to work with Boards and Committees.
