Clublinks has recently taken on the Food and Beverage operations at the Queens Park Golf Course, creating an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We are seeking motivated and people-oriented Food & Beverage Coordinator who is passionate about serving a memorable experience for our guests.

This is a part-time role with 25-30 hours per week, involving shifts in early mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.

Clublinks manages the Queens Park Golf Course in Highton, Geelong, a picturesque 18-hole course bordered by the Barwon River and a walking track to Buckley Falls. The par 66 course offers a challenge for all skill levels.

The Role

Reporting to the Geelong Region Manager, the successful candidate will support F&B service delivery at the course's hospitality outlets, including the Café and Bar.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing excellent customer service at Queens Park Golf Course
  • Supporting daily setup and pack-down of customer areas
  • Leading by example in customer service
  • Maintaining daily housekeeping standards
  • Managing stock, merchandising, and stocktakes
  • Overseeing food safety compliance
  • Managing hospitality stock and inventory
  • Leading food safety training for the team
  • Managing staff wages and costs
  • Serving alcohol responsibly
  • Leading social media and event activations

About you

Ideally, you possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Current RSA certificate
  • FoodSafe certification
  • Food Safety for Supervisors Certificate
  • Availability Tuesday-Saturday
  • Vibrant, energetic personality
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Current National Police check and First Aid qualifications
