We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Coordinator to support the delivery of exceptional service experiences at our picturesque 18-hole golf course.

This part-time role involves working various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends, to ensure seamless hospitality operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for guests
  • SUPPORTING daily setup and pack-down of customer areas
  • Leading by example in customer service excellence
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness
  • Managing stock, merchandising, and inventory control
  • Ensuring food safety compliance and overseeing food safety training for the team
  • Managing hospitality stock and inventory levels
  • Developing and implementing social media and event activation strategies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A current RSA certificate
  • FoodSafe certification
  • Food Safety for Supervisors Certificate
  • Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday
  • A vibrant, energetic personality with excellent communication and time management skills
  • A current National Police check and First Aid qualifications
