About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Beauty Industry Sales Executive to join our team in Victoria, overseeing South Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet retail sales targets through strategic team management and successful event execution.
  • Develop and execute area event door strategy to drive growth and deliver weekly results to leadership.
  • Participate in product training webinars, in-person trainings, and special education events to build expertise in the brand and category.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of beauty industry experience or equivalently relevant qualified experience.
  • 2+ years of previous training and selling experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
