Job DescriptionThe Account Executive will be responsible for meeting retail sales targets through strategic team management to ensure successful event execution, service door support, retailer relationships in partnership with Dermalogica Wholesale Sales, Education, and Marketing partners.
A typical day for this role may include a mix of strategy, training support, and sales support. This includes developing area strategies to reach sales targets, providing growth YOY, and elevating brand awareness to reach maximum ROI. The candidate will also participate in product training webinars, in-person trainings, and special education-focused events to build expertise in the brand and category.
The Account Executive will plan and execute in-store events, including elevated brand experience events, and provide strategic in-store partnerships to achieve sales targets. They will communicate all store-level feedback in a timely manner, execute regular business reviews with in-store retail partners, and manage any out-of-stock or visual merchandising needs with the team and retail partners.
This is a remote field position based in Victoria, overseeing South Australia. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of beauty industry experience, 2+ years of previous training and selling experience, and 2+ years of managing a multi-state or multi-door territory. They should demonstrate ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team, have exceptional interpersonal skills, and be able to work autonomously as well as with a team.
