Role Summary:

Kardex VCA Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to lead business development in Australia for our logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver sales objectives.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in a technical field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Intralogistics, preferably in retail, e-commerce, 3PL, electronics, and/or Bio-Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong commercial background with technical understanding and sales experience.
  • Formal training in sales and key account management.
  • Ability to travel frequently for business meetings and training.

Preferred Skills:

  • Solution selling experience.
  • Strategic selling framework knowledge (e.g., Miller Heiman, SPIN selling).
  • CRM software experience (e.g., Salesforce).
