Senior Territory Sales Professional

Role Summary:
Kardex VCA Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to lead business development in Australia for our logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver sales objectives.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in a technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Intralogistics, preferably in retail, e-commerce, 3PL, electronics, and/or Bio-Pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong commercial background with technical understanding and sales experience.
- Formal training in sales and key account management.
- Ability to travel frequently for business meetings and training.
Preferred Skills:
- Solution selling experience.
- Strategic selling framework knowledge (e.g., Miller Heiman, SPIN selling).
- CRM software experience (e.g., Salesforce).
