  • Provide timely confirmations, follow-ups and pre-arrival communications to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on venue offerings, menus, hours, promotions and seasonal events to make informed decisions.
  • Cultivate exceptional customer service skills to address and resolve guest complaints promptly, escalating when necessary to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop expert knowledge of reservation systems and ensure accurate guest records to streamline operations.
  • Manage waitlists and cancellations effectively, offering alternatives to improve guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning by assisting with training new team members on reservation procedures.
