We are seeking an experienced reservations agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure. As a reservations agent you will be responsible for managing all reservation requests via phone, email and online platforms using booking systems efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all reservation requests
  • Building strong guest relationships, especially with VIPs and return guests
  • Optimising table allocation and guest flow across venues through proactive reservation management
  • Sending timely confirmations, follow-ups and pre-arrival communications
  • Staying informed on venue offerings, menus, hours, promotions and seasonal events

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving needs and challenges
