The ideal candidate will possess hospitality experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining establishments, with strong organisational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing all reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms using booking systems efficiently.
  • Building strong guest relationships, especially with VIPs and return guests, noting preferences, dietary needs, and special occasions.
  • Optimising table allocation and guest flow across venues through proactive reservation management.
  • Sending timely confirmations, follow-ups, and pre-arrival communications.
  • Staying informed on venue offerings, menus, hours, promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintaining expert knowledge of reservation systems and ensuring accurate guest records.
  • Managing waitlists and cancellations, offering alternatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Assisting with training new team members on reservation procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with security, payment, and confidentiality protocols.
