We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to join our team in South Yarra.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a boutique accounting firm where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage the firm's main email inbox and forward messages as required
  • Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information
  • Process client intake forms and update client databases
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within an accounting firm with ASIC and ATO experience is essential
  • Experience in a customer-facing role where providing exceptional service and support to clients is paramount
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently and professionally with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively, managing various responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, and handling administrative duties
