Position Responsibilities:
The Guest Services Coordinator warmly welcomes and bids farewell to all guests in a professional manner. This role involves assisting guests with inquiries and transportation needs as required. The Coordinator is also responsible for managing the loading and unloading of guest luggage and ensuring the porte-cochère remains clear and tidy at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external guests.
  • Provide comprehensive information to guests and ensure requested arrangements are fulfilled. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all hotel services, local amenities, transportation options, and hotel operations.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of hotel facilities, service hours, and room amenities.
  • Be familiar with city navigation, major attractions, shopping, entertainment venues, and local services.
  • Monitor and coordinate arrival and departure patterns, particularly for events, group movements, and VIP guests.
  • Ensure the driveway remains unobstructed and that vehicles are not parked for extended periods.
  • Arrange transportation for guests, ensuring drivers are informed of their destinations.
  • Promptly open hotel doors for arriving and departing guests.
  • Assist with guest luggage as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, including the lobby, public spaces, driveway, and back-of-house storage, ensuring proper presentation of greenery and furniture arrangement.
