About the Role
Brook Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Head Concierge to join their team. As the first point of contact for guests and tenants, you will provide a warm and professional welcome, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Concierge team, ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to Tower procedures.
- Coordinate team start, break, and finish times to ensure Tower coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to requests, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for the Concierge desk.
- Ensure the Concierge team follows Tower procedures, including opening and closing, security, guest access passes, and deliveries.
Requirements
- 3+ years of team management experience.
- Hospitality or Concierge experience is highly desirable.
- Professional presentation and friendly approach.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly ethical standards and respect for privacy.
