Director of Partnerships and Growth

The Director of Partnerships and Growth will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and performance.

This exciting opportunity is part of one of Australia's largest workplace injury prevention providers.

The successful candidate will lead the strategic development and expansion of high-value corporate relationships across Australia, identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth through innovative collaboration models.

  • Drive revenue growth by strategically identifying and securing high-value target accounts and leveraging direct engagement and customer platforms to unlock profitable sales opportunities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company effectively.
  • Oversee the formulation and execution of sales strategies to broaden the range of products procured by existing clients.
  • Manage a sales pipeline to constantly generate new leads and business sources.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients.
  • Strategically target and acquire major accounts.
  • Partner with Customer Solutions and marketing to explore new product development or pilot opportunities.
  • Write and review strategic customer tenders and proposals.
  • Utilize trend analysis to identify initiatives for portfolio growth.

Key requirements include:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-focused role.
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • An established network within the Australian workers' compensation sector, or relevant health sector experience.
  • Ability to foster and maintain positive professional relationships.
  • A high level of IT and business analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing CRM and sales management software.
  • Knowledge of changing market conditions and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and clients in a meaningful way.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Tertiary qualified in a related field (Health, Business, or Insurance) desirable.
  • Results-focused – shows initiative and flexibility in delivering results.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively, as well as collaboratively with a team.
