About the Role
  • Lead the Brand Partner team, developing a high-performing team culture and fostering positive relationships with team members.
  • Manage pipeline growth, ensure accountability for revenue targets, and represent brand partnerships at key meetings.
  • Drive commercial outcomes that benefit the business through collaboration with internal teams and the development of cross-functional efficiencies.
  • Deliver regular reporting and analysis, optimizing platform tools as profitable solutions.
  • Manage internal stakeholder expectations and develop strong agency relationships.
