Global Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Development Representative to join our team at Remote, a leading global employment platform. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying new leads through outbound sales efforts
- Blding strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of success in sales development, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
