We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Development Representative to join our team at Remote, a leading global employment platform. About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and qualifying new leads through outbound sales efforts
  • Blding strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales development, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
