Your Role

You will be based out of our Sydney or Melbourne office and focused on generating and qualifying leads to build Airwallex's ANZ sales pipeline.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage with prospects to find out about their needs, identify high-value opportunities, and manage early sales funnel activities.

Responsibilities
  • You will initiate contact with potential customers through email outreach or cold calling and follow up on designated touch points in a customer journey.
  • You will move quality leads through the funnel while connecting them to a salesperson and arranging meetings.
  • You will develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability to prepare hand-off to sales.
  • You will update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support reporting efforts.
Requirements
  • You have a track record of top performance or prior success in an SDR or BDR-related role.
  • You possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have a strong interest in technology and/or financial services.
  • You are a self-starter who can operate in a hyper-growth environment.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annumBenefits
