Job Description:

The role of an Internal Operational Communications Officer at Auto & General is a crucial position that requires effective communication to drive success for our frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive timely and accurate communications with strategic messaging for our teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Support the delivery of comprehensive communication and engagement plans to embed important changes and foster connection among our contact centre teams.
  • Draft operational alerts, leader briefs, divisional and leader updates, and newsletters that captivate and inform our audience.
  • Assist in content creation for internal platforms, developing engaging materials that resonate with our teams.
  • Share insights and analytics with internal stakeholders and contribute to monthly reporting, providing valuable data-driven recommendations.
  • Triage, review, and update scripting and procedures for our contact centre teams, guaranteeing information accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance auditors to ensure knowledge management administrators adhere to the governance framework, maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
