As we continue to grow nationally and in select global markets, we are seeking an experienced Product Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers, integration and field service engineers, and production organization to achieve successful product support.
  • Determine and implement design updates with associated certification as required.
  • Plan implementations and continuously improve HeliMods' organizational capabilities in test, technical data, and training.
  • Lead our up-and-coming talent, drive the best available technology, and promote a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant engineering discipline, particularly interested in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering specialities.
  • 3-7 years of relevant aerospace or mechanical engineering industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting test and reviews of physical products, technical content generation, and customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with 3D design software, simulation tools, and Product Lifecycle Management software.
