Senior Service Management Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Management Officer to join our team in Canberra.

The successful candidate will have experience with Crestron control and digital media, Q-SYS audio DSP, and Teams room video conferencing. They will also possess strong technical skills in the use of audio-visual equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.

  • Able to support audio visual equipment and staff using the equipment.
  • Demonstrated personal integrity whilst achieving results within legislative and policy parameters.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the installation and maintenance of audio-visual equipment.
  2. Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of audio-visual equipment.
  3. Ensure that all audio-visual equipment is functioning correctly and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
