Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Service Management Officer. This position is ideal for an individual who has a strong background in service management and is looking for a challenging opportunity to utilize their skills and experience.


About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Service Management Officer to join our team and take on a leadership role in managing services across various areas. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to plan, coordinate, and implement projects from conception to completion. They will also have a high level of technical expertise, particularly in Crestron control and digital media, Q-SYS audio DSP, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.


Key Responsibilities
  • To manage services across various areas, ensuring that they are delivered to a high standard and meet customer expectations.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • To provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in service management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in Crestron control and digital media, Q-SYS audio DSP, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A high level of strategic thinking, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and implement projects from conception to completion.
