Job Title: Strategic Enterprise Account Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our most valuable strategic accounts. As a Strategic Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major enterprises, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and value delivery.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' business goals, challenges, and objectives, identifying opportunities to leverage our portfolio of solutions to address their needs.
  • Leverage your consultative selling expertise to develop and implement tailored sales strategies that meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, while delivering a superior customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new solution offerings.
  • Travel as necessary within your territory, attending company-wide meetings and networking events to build relationships and stay connected with customers, partners, and colleagues.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-value accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives, technical stakeholders, and other influencers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the enterprise software industry, including sales strategies, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical environments and provide creative solutions to customer challenges.
