About the RoleThis senior individual contributor position focuses on building strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable outcomes for Banking & Finance clients across Australia and New Zealand.
The Strategic Account Director will own and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, identifying opportunities for growth and whitespace. This role requires strong influencing skills, commercial acumen, and disciplined pipeline management.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for growth and whitespace.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Data & Analytics, and Solution Consulting teams to shape propositions that address client priorities.
- Lead executive-level conversations to position our business as a trusted partner.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales with depth in Banking & Finance (ANZ preferred).
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals as an individual contributor.
- Executive presence, strategic mindset, and strong influencing skills.
- Commercial acumen and disciplined pipeline management.
- Familiarity with data, analytics, and platform solutions.
