We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist to join our team at Regis Redlynch, located in the heart of Cairns. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, friendly, and has excellent communication skills.
Job Description:This role requires someone with an excellent phone manner, IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering all telephone enquiries, maintaining files and documentation, general administration, data entry, stationery ordering, petty cash management, and assisting with staff rosters and training schedules.

- Ensuring efficient operation of the front reception area
- Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy reception role, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity, strong accuracy and data entry skills, PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel), ability to learn internal software systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills, and experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment.
This position is estimated to pay $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
