With a deep understanding of adult learning principles, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for Service Desk associates and clients.

Key responsibilities include creating engaging training materials, such as interactive slides and handouts, to facilitate effective software use.

You will also establish clear training requirements, standards, and schedules, and instruct participants in both classroom and virtual settings.

Success in this role requires a strong educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in training and instructional design, and excellent public speaking and facilitation skills.

Proficient in providing training via multiple formats, including online, in-person, web/teleconference, and skilled in using Word, PPT, and virtualization software, you will continually evaluate the effectiveness of training and identify necessary improvements.
