Learning Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Learning Academy, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning solutions that enable the development of future critical capabilities.

About the Role
  • Design and implement innovative learning solutions that meet the organisation's learning needs.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver outcomes through the delivery of a consistent, modern and digitally enabled learning approach.
  • Develop and deliver engaging facilitated workshops, specialising in action mapping, Learning Needs Analyses (LNAs), instructional design, and capability building.
Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design, development and implementation of innovative, high-quality and engaging learning solutions that enable the development of future critical capabilities aligned to the CSIRO Workforce Strategy.
  • Support the development and delivery of robust data and evaluation methodology to measure learning solution impact against the CSIRO Workforce Strategy.
  • Actively partner with external vendors ensuring that outcomes are delivered in line with agreed timelines.
  • Establish networks with other professionals in their field to ensure that the service provided continues to add value.
