Job Title: Experience Designer

The ideal candidate for this experience designer role will join a multidisciplinary team of professionals working together to develop and implement cutting-edge digital solutions. This team is comprised of UX skillsets, developers, architects, and other project specialists responsible for digital standards across the government.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop prototypes from low-fidelity to high-fidelity to inform design iterations and improvements.
  • Conduct usability testing at various levels of fidelity to ensure user-friendly products.
  • Ensure accessibility standards are met and exceeded.

To be successful as an experience designer, you will possess demonstrable experience in interaction design for web-based products and services, complemented by knowledge of visual design, usability, accessibility, and information architecture. You should also have experience using design tools such as Sketch and/or Figma and collaborating with user researchers to incorporate user research and service design techniques into your work.
