Digital Learning Experience Creator

We're seeking a skilled Leadership Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global learning organization, you'll play a critical role in crafting digital learning experiences that empower leaders across regions to adapt, connect and deliver with impact.
This is a hands-on, creative role within a high-performing team. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design digital learning collections that our regions can localize and deliver. From primers and hooks to digital modules and videos, your work will help leaders connect with content that matters.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital learning design, especially for leadership or people development audiences. They'll possess strong instructional design skills and a portfolio of digital content that drives behavior change. Proficiency in tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and other eLearning platforms is essential.
A curious mindset – you're already exploring emerging technologies like AI and thinking about how they can enhance learning experiences – is highly valued. The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment is also crucial. Excellent consulting and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
