Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting customer research, problem solving, journey mapping, ideation, prototyping, and testing solutions.
  • Developing and executing end-to-end customer experience strategies.
  • Designing industry-grade artefacts and contributing to report writing for applied research, and publication purposes.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Current ASGVA Baseline clearance or ability to obtain one.
