Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with stakeholders to determine specific training needs, requirements, and skill gaps.
  • Support the ongoing development of capabilities in CASA by designing and delivering effective learning solutions.

    Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or recognised equivalent (mandatory).

  • Experience in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs, preferably in a technically complex environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory and practice, including experience developing both face-to-face and blended learning solutions.
  • Ability to engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees in a sensitive, respectful, and equitable manner.
