
Business Support Administrator

About the Role:
">- Provide administrative support to the New Business Team and Key Account team by assisting with quoting, reporting, and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage designated quotes and submissions.
Main Responsibilities:
">- Analyse and identify any issues or opportunities that can support and enforce company pricing policy.
- Support customer pricing and associated order forms/price lists/presentations for both New Business and Key Accounts teams.
- Develop and supply Price Lists (internal & external), Fax Order Forms, and Contract Listings.
- Entry and updating of new and existing customer contract pricing.
- Maintain a strong channel of communication with the New Business Manager.
- Vet incoming pricing requests to ensure conformity to criteria determined by the New Business Manager.
- Ensure best-in-class pitch presentations are created to clearly communicate the company's unique value proposition.
- Manage all aspects of quoting submissions from start to finish.
- Facilitate other administrative tasks for major group submissions.
- Maintain pricing changes and claim set ups in database.

- Analytical skills.
- Advanced computer skills (with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word programs).
- Excellent knowledge of MFG-Pro.
- Good product knowledge.
