About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the New Business Team and Key Account team by assisting with quoting, reporting, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage designated quotes and submissions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and identify any issues or opportunities that can support and enforce company pricing policy.
  • Support customer pricing and associated order forms/price lists/presentations for both New Business and Key Accounts teams.
  • Develop and supply Price Lists (internal & external), Fax Order Forms, and Contract Listings.
  • Entry and updating of new and existing customer contract pricing.
  • Maintain a strong channel of communication with the New Business Manager.
  • Vet incoming pricing requests to ensure conformity to criteria determined by the New Business Manager.
  • Ensure best-in-class pitch presentations are created to clearly communicate the company's unique value proposition.
  • Manage all aspects of quoting submissions from start to finish.
  • Facilitate other administrative tasks for major group submissions.
  • Maintain pricing changes and claim set ups in database.

  • Good product knowledge.
