Business Operations Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Business Operations Support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a dynamic environment.

The successful applicant must possess:

  • Previous experience in business operations roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational management and customer service
  • Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
  • Intermediate to advanced technological skills with proficiency in various software systems
  • MS Office Suite - Intermediate to Advanced level

The role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks. The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations principles and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to executive and leadership teams
  • General office administration including document preparation and filing
  • Approving timesheets and assisting with employee onboarding
  • Assisting with new employee documentation and the onboarding process
  • General administration such as phone management, reports, and customer service
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business operations roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
