We offer a range of services to extend the life of telecom networks. From sourcing multi-vendor network parts to responsible decommissioning and network engineering, we're dedicated to efficient telecom network management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, quote templates, and tracking records
  • Logging sales orders, shipments, and invoice details on enterprise resource planning systems
  • Supporting sales consultants on managing customer expectations
  • Maintaining product cost registers and conducting predictive data analysis to enhance sales opportunities
  • Liaising with internal and external staff, including customers
  • Proactively developing within sales consultants' specific accounts as directed by senior management
  • Managing data input and flow, including goods-in, delivery, and invoicing
  • Updating customer relationship management and business systems
  • Following up on invoice queries as support to the finance team
  • Purchasing products when requested by sales consultants and with approval
  • Ensuring quality processes, including logging return merchandise authorizations
  • Providing cover for sales staff when required
  • Operating within trade compliance procedures, including presenting sales opportunities respecting export control rules and legislation, and undertaking due diligence accordingly
  • FOLLOWING ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, INCLUDING QUALITY, HEALTH AND SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT, AND INFORMATION SECURITY

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration, preferably in telecoms-related industries
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
