About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Claims and Return to Work Coordinator to join our team within an Employer setting. The successful candidate will support a portfolio of claims, engaging with the claims agent with a focus on proactive case management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination of processes associated with the rehabilitation and timely case management relating to 'high risk' injured and/or ill employees claims
  • Manage workers compensation claims within Victoria
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement and continuous improvement with claims management
  • Conducting timely and appropriate case reviews with stakeholders to ensure individual case strategies are developed, communicated and achieved
  • Prepare monthly reports for key stakeholders on situation
About You

The ideal candidate will have an allied health qualification or similar and recent demonstrated experience in end to end management of high risk workers compensation claims. They will also have the ability to influence, engage and work collaboratively with diverse groups of internal & external stakeholders.
